Mini Golf is here again, Saturday April 29, 2023. Come join us NOW or anytime until 3:30pm. Crave Food Truck will be here 11-2. Buy your tickets by 3:00 pm for the Lucky Ticket Auction; many interesting items are in this auction. (Need not be present to win.) Human Foosball teams welcome to play outside, too!

THANK YOU to all who came and participated in the games and the mini golf at the Library on April 9. We also thank our Sponsors, donors of auction items, and our many volunteers.

In a few days we hope to have photos to share, and more to report about the funds raised. We know that much FUN was raised! There were many smiles and much laughter. People urged us to do it again, so we know the event was very well received.

We are preparing for Saturday's "Lucky Ticket Auction" as part of the April 9th Library fundraiser. LOOK at the array of signs for items and/or services you could win! Tickets sales: Sat. 9:30am to 2:59 pm. Ticket drawing at 3:00pm. You need not be present to win.

Foosball is coming to Library Park! Human foosball. Gather a team of 6, reserve your 30-minute slot. This coming Saturday 10:30am-3pm. $5 per person ($30 team). Or come watch the teams compete, or volunteer to help this library fundraiser. Food trucks 12-3pm.

Today we posted signs along Maple Street to be visible this weekend, as the St Patrick's Road Race passes that way.

Library Director María Pagán has announced that the Library will be CLOSED all next week (Monday January 24 - Sunday January 30, 2022). The library's air ducts are to be cleaned that week.

In addition, the Library will close EARLY this Friday, Jan 21, for an Employee Customer Service training. Closure begins at 12 noon.

Sorry for the inconvenience of these closings.

The Holyoke Public Library will be reopening its Doors to the Public, starting Monday June 14, 2021. Hooray! Hours will be 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

You'll still be able to request Curbside Pickup, if you prefer.

Good news: The Library subscription to Ancestry.com can NOW (during this pandemic) be used in your HOME! Anyone with a Holyoke Public Library card number (and your password) can log in and have FREE use of the extensive collections of data for genealogical research. Eileen Crosby, History Room archivist, has put a handy link for "remote access" on HPL's Genealogical Research webpage:
