Hey everyone! I just want to remind anyone interested there is a parks meeting tomorrow at 7 at Sorenson Park Nature Center! I among other candidates will be there taking in the meeting. Join us! Support the parks and give the people sitting on the board who didn't run again some support as I believe this will be their last meeting before the board changes.

Hey guys, it has been some time since I have posted. We have been slightly put through the ringer. I just wanted to day how happy I am that so many people have taken interest in the parks here in Holly. I hope it stays like this always! I don't know if anyone was able to go to the Sept. 19th get together at Sorenson park to speak with Rowe engineering but I was wondering what peoples' take away was from that. Hopefully this reaches some. There is also a survey online you can fill out with ideas and opinions of the parks. It would be very helpful if as many people as possible could fill that out! I know I'm not sitting on the board as of now but I do really care about the parks and am curious where others' are at. Anyone?

I think one of the biggest things that hangs in my mind for the Holly Township Parks Board is transparency. With all of the attention parks has been receiving I feel like that would be a huge step in the right direction, and to KEEP people involved in the parks. My goal is to bring people into the parks- activities for kids and families are so important, and most of all coming back to nature in a place we can all enjoy. Let's build on the good things already in place, vote for me :-)

Hey everyone! Most of you know I am running for parks board commission here in Holly. I just wanted to have a place where you can learn more about me and my motive for running this term and what I am all about. I'd also like to make this page a place where you can share your thoughts and even concerns openly. The most important thing to me when it comes to running for this office is listening to the people voting FOR me- and if I should be so lucky as to be elected I would like to continue that. It is a great honor to be running for this town and its parks, for which I am so passionate about. Thank you for your time, and I hope to talk more soon!
