United for San Benito Working together to bring lasting change to San Benito County! We want a community in which we live and work to be strong and healthy.

We want charitable donations to be used efficiently and effectively. We want organizations to work together to find the best, most resourceful way to approach social change. United Way determines the most critical local needs and brings people in our community together to address those needs. We add value to a donor’s investment by evaluating the programs and ensuring measurable results.

United for San Benito is saddened to learn today of the passing of Dolly Parton. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends and the countless fans around the globe who loved her. We are honored to carry on her legacy as a champion of literacy and will continue to promote her beloved Imagination Library through our partnership with her foundation. May she rest in peace knowing that she has impacted thousands of lives around the world, and right here in San Benito County!

Our sweet cousin “auntie Geri” passed away this past Wednesday. Geri was the most caring, kindhearted, considerate person I knew and was always the quiet optimist in a chorus of loud Italians. We will miss her greatly. She was truly beloved!
