On this day in 2018 Hollis Engine 1 and Brookline Engine 2 were dispatched as part of the Souhegan Task Force mutual aid to the city of Lawrence, MA for a multi-alarm gas emergency.

Old Milford Road in Brookline is closed in the area of #81 due to a rollover crash with a pole and wires down. Please avoid the area.

Main Street is currently closed from Bond Street to South Main Street. Crews are working to open it back up. We will post an update when it reopens.

Update: she has been reunited with her family.

This dog was found on Rocky Pond Road earlier this morning and is currently in our kennel. We are trying to reunite her with her owners.

NH 911 CARES allows you to associate certain chronic medical conditions with a phone number or numbers. A CARES entry provides immediate actionable information to a call-taker. If a registered number calls NH 911, the telecommunicator will have immediate access to the information that has been submitted for this number, informing how they process the call. PUBLIC NOTICE – LIVE FIRE TRAINING

Residents and motorists in the area of Silver Lake Road and Toddy Brook Road may notice increased fire department activity and smoke in the area today.

Hollis Fire Department crews will be conducting live fire training at this location until approximately 4:00 PM. This is a planned training exercise, and there is no emergency.

We appreciate the community’s awareness and cooperation while our members complete this important hands-on training.
