IMPORTANT AND TIME SENSITIVE

August 20, 2026

Dear Residents,

As of Monday, August 24, 2026, work will begin on the front entrance of our village office building. That entrance will not be accessible for several months. What we have put into place for the remainder of August and the months of September, October and November is as follows:

· If you need to conduct any business in person, please call 585-638-6367 ahead of time to set up an appointment. When you arrive, you must use the Holley Gardens main, southwest entrance which is accessible via the large parking lot. Park there and enter the main door. Once you are inside, there will be signage with instructions for entering and finding the door which will lead you to the temporary Village of Holley Office. An office employee will meet you there as those doors are locked.

· It is preferable that you mail your utility payments or use the drop box that will be relocated on the west side of our building by using the ramp (if needed) via the small side parking lot. It will be at the top of the small ramp on the sidewalk against the black wrought iron fence.

· For these specific dates below, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, on days when the Village Offices are open (there will be several holidays during these time periods where the Village Office is closed-Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, and Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Friday), you may pay utilities at the police station on Thomas Street:

o September 1-September 21

o October 1-October 20

o November 2-November 20

NOTE: Please keep in mind that the only village business that will take place at our police station will be accepting utility payments. Please do not call the police station. We ask that any and all calls for other village office business be made as usual. Office Staff have been instructed to pick up all calls that come in. Keep in mind that you may be put on hold, but taking your call and assisting you is our priority.

· You may also use the online bill pay, but that does involve an additional fee for which you are charged.

· At this point, the September 8, October 13, and November 10 Village Board Meetings will take place as scheduled but be relocated to the American Legion.

Keep in mind that this repair is essential but is being done by the owners of the building, not the village.

As always, feel free to email any of us regarding any need you may have. [email protected] Mark Bower [email protected] Village Clerk [email protected] Village Treasurer [email protected] Village Deputy Treasurer

Sincerely,

Mark

Dear Village & Town Residents,

On behalf of Murray Town Supervisor, Gerry Rightmyer, and the Village Trustees and Town Council Members, I'm proud to announce (finally!), our 4th quarter Holley CSD Scholars! Banners were placed on the Dustin's Geddes Street brick wall last week to honor our last three students for the 25-26 school year.

Payton Preston-Athletics
Carissa Klossner-Community Service
Leonidas Ladd-Fine Arts

We all want to take this opportunity to congratulate these three scholars, their family members, and teachers!

Please take time to drive through the village to see the banners recognizing each of these graduating seniors.

Sincerely,
Mark & Gerry
