Thanks to Gentex for the incredible science show today, it was a blast! One of the many fun surprises celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week was giving the teachers some well deserved extra planning time. We love our amazing Lakeshore teachers and staff! 🤍🐾

What an amazing day of outdoor learning! ❄️🐕
Lakeshore 4th/5th grade students met sled dogs, learned how they train and race, got to pet them, and even had a chance to pull the sled! Thank you Crystal Blue Sled Dogs, we learned so much!

We’re in the heart of winter, and with that often comes seasonal illnesses. As a friendly reminder, please talk with your students about simple ways to help keep everyone healthy:

• Wash hands often
• Avoid sharing food or drinks
• Cover coughs and sneezes
• Stay home if feeling unwell

A few small habits can make a big difference in keeping our classrooms healthy and learning strong. Thank you for helping take care of our Lakeshore community! 💙
