Update:
Slow going but work is being done on the Heartland LFL rebuild!
And I've been working in other library things as well! This winter I sorted through all of my back stock of books, removed any that were in rough condition, and sorted out duplicates keeping only two of any copy of a book and donating the others to empty LFLs. This weekend I finished sorting through a large and generous donation of children's books and finished a ton of bookmarks. The books and the bookmarks are ready, I am ready to be back at it, now we just need to finish the library! Thank you so much for your patience!!

Just popping in to say Happy New Year and that I miss taking care of the Heartland LFL and getting books out to all of you! We are in the planning stage of our rebuild and will keep you all posted! Our goal is mid spring 🤞🤞🔨

I'm so sorry but it looks like the LFL will be out of commission for a bit. We were planning on doing some work later this winter or early spring but winter snow plowing has taken its toll and pushed our timeline up. We will keep you posted!

🥹Awe, I'm sure we've all read at least one of Fern's books (if notm many) over the years. RIP Fern Michaels.
