****REMINDER****

Southbound I-475 will be closed again this weekend, beginning Friday night, May 29 starting at 8 p.m., and lasting through Monday morning, June 1, at 6 a.m.
Major traffic impacts are expected on local surface roads throughout the weekend. The recommended detour for this closure is to take I-475 north around the loop to reach I-75 north and south.
The following ramps will be closed:
—Dussel on-ramp to southbound I-475
—U.S. 20A on-ramp to southbound I-475
—U.S. 24 on-ramp to southbound I-475
**this weekend, the ramp from SR 25/Dixie Hwy will be open to I-75 north and south**
The southbound on-ramp will be open at Airport Highway if you wish to reach one of the exits at Dussel or 20A. All remaining traffic will be forced off at U.S. 24.
This is southbound closure #2 of 4. Two more weekends to follow, weather pending, then we will do the same to northbound I-475 starting in July (dates tbd).
And yes, last time there was a delay in reopening on Monday morning. We are confident that will not happen again and we appreciate your patience!
