Whether you're an experienced gardener or simply looking to lend a hand, all are welcome! Bring your gardening gloves, water, a hat and any favorite tools and spend a morning making a meaningful difference in our community. 👒🏡🌷

❤️‍🩹 Did you know that about one in three adults have experienced abuse as a child? Research also shows that children who have experienced abuse may face an increased risk of su***de as they get older.

Regular, intentional check-ins can help open the door to meaningful conversations. By listening without judgement and staying connected, you can better understand how your child is feeling and help them access support when needed. 🫶

💭 Intentional conversations matter. They can help children feel seen, heard and supported, which can make all the difference.
