Summer is here!! We will have Indoor Picnic during our Deaf Social/Support Group on Wednesday, June 17, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Schaumburg Township. There will be fun games and activities. Wear your favorite sports clothes/hats. Please bring something to share with others according to the last name:
A - I: Desserts or Fruits
J - R: Appetizers
S - Z: Salads

Join us for a free, ASL-interpreted tour of the stunning BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir (Temple). Open to anyone interested in exploring the beautiful architecture, pictorial exhibits and peaceful surroundings. It is on Thursday, June 18, 9:30 am to Noon. Address: 1851 S IL Rouse 59 (Pramukh Swami Road) in Bartlett. Meet in front of temple at 9:30 am. Elevation access is available. Wheelchairs are provided upon advance request. Thanks to our amazing community, the Spring Fling was a huge a success! Guests enjoyed catching up with friends. Also, they enjoyed a delicious Italian luncheon, fun activities and exciting raffle and door prizes. A huge thanks to incredible support from ITAC, Village Tavern, Pilot Pete's, Wildberry's, Lynfred Winery and Lou Malnati's. Most of all, a heartfelt thanks to all volunteers whose hard work made it happen! We also appreciate Villaggio's for their excellent service!

Join us for a relaxing movie afternoon for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. We will show "One Battle After Another" on Friday, June 12, 12 to 3 p.m. at Schaumburg Township (Board Room). We will host Deaf Social/Support Group - "Spring Fling" on Wednesday, May 20, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Villaggio Ristorante (1242 W. Lake Street in Roselle, IL). Come and celebrate with a delicious Italian Luncheon, fun games, and activities and cash/door prizes.
