Last Thursday, we did something we've been dreaming about for a long time — we closed our doors for one day and brought our entire GCLC team together under one roof.

We laughed, learned, shared a meal, and spent the day investing in the people who show up for our community every single day.

It was a full day of training, teambuilding, and honest conversations about how we keep growing as a team. Because behavioral health work is heavy, and taking a day to invest in each other is how we keep showing up strong for the people we serve.

Here's what stood out most: every person in that building showed up ready. Ready to learn from each other. Ready to be honest about the hard parts. Ready to keep raising the bar for our community.

To our community — thank you for your patience while we invested this day in our team.

To our team — thank you for being exactly who you are. One GCLC, and proud of it.

Here's to many more.
