Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Military PIP lets certain undocumented spouses, parents, or children of U.S. service members or veterans stay in the U.S. legally, apply for a work permit, and even a green card - all without leaving the country.
Who's Eligible?
Must be a spouse, parent, or unmarried child of:
• Active-duty Marines
• Marine Corps Reserve Marines
• U.S. veterans (not dishonorably discharged)
Must already be in the U.S. without lawful admission.
Why It Matters
• Halts unlawful presence
• Protects from deportation
• Eligible for a work permit (Form I-765)
• Opens path to a green card under INA 245(a)
How to Apply
1. File Form I-131 (free for military PIP)
2. Include proof of military service + relationship
3. Submit to your local USCIS office
Processing: ~4 months
Once Approved
• Receive I-94 with parole
• Apply for work permit
• May adjust status if eligible (e.g., spouse of a U.S. citizen)

Night haunters 🌌🌑

Our with 2d Battalion, 6th Marines participated in a nighttime live fire range during Tactical Small Unit Leadership Course at Camp Lejeune. TSULC provides small unit leaders the opportunity to enhance their tactical knowledge, confidence, and skill proficiencies.

Human will, instilled through leadership, is the driving force of war. By developing our small unit leaders to be more effective warfighters, we grow more lethal as a maneuver warfare force. And by training to own the night, we train to own the day.
