We would like to congratulate Anthony Marotta on being sworn in tonight as the Chief of the Hiram Fire Department.
Along with Anthony’s swearing-in, Cole Beason and Adam Wracher were promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Last but certainly not least, Colby Zepernick was sworn in as the newest member of the Hiram Fire Department.
Please join us in congratulating Anthony, Cole, Adam, and Colby on their accomplishments and new roles. We are excited to see what the future holds for each of you!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the North Randall Fire Department and to the family, friends, and loved ones of Cameron Duvall during this incredibly difficult time following his sudden passing.

Today, the Hiram Fire Department joined the Mantua-Shalersville Fire Department for tactical response training focused on propane emergencies.
It was a great day of learning about the propane industry, potential hazards, and the specialized emergency situations first responders may encounter. We appreciate the opportunity to expand our knowledge and strengthen our preparedness for these types of incidents.
A special thank you to all of the instructors involved, as well as Mantua-Shalersville Fire Department for hosting this excellent training and inviting us to participate.

Today, we would like to take a moment to thank former Lieutenant Jason Daily and firefighter Josh Strenk for their years of dedicated service with the Hiram Fire Department.
Jason served the department for 12 years, including 6 years as a Lieutenant. Josh proudly served the department for 10 years. Their combined 22 years of service, commitment, and dedication to our community will be greatly missed.
We are grateful for everything they have done for the Hiram Fire Department and the residents of Hiram. We wish them both the very best in their future endeavors and thank them for the lasting impact they have made on our department and community.
Thank you, Jason and Josh, for your service. Your contributions will not be forgotten.
