*** Water Main Upgrades ***
Hull Village - Wednesday, April 15, 2026

On Wednesday, April 15, there will be disruption of water service in Hull Village beginning at 9:00 PM to perform water main work on Nantasket Ave. This shutdown is to tie in a new water main that was installed as part of the Nantasket Ave Seawall project into our existing water main. Residents on Nantasket Ave and surrounding streets (Hull Village) from Fitzpatrick Way to the end of Hull at the High School will experience a disruption in water service. This work is scheduled to take approximately 6-8 hours.

There is the potential for fluctions in water pressure and discolored water outside of the distrution area. Residents are urged to check their washing machines prior to doing laundry after water service is restored. If you experience discolored water and/or air, please flush your water service as follows:

1. open an outside faucet until the water runs clear;
2. once clear close your outside faucet;
3. flush the bathtub or bathroom faucet furthest from your meter until clear;
4. please do not use a kitchen sink or shower as these fixtures has screens that could become plugged;

If you experience extended periods of discolored water or low pressure after service is restored, please contact customer service.
