OFFICIAL NOTICE
Town of Hiltonia Town Council
The Town of Hiltonia Town Council hereby notifies all residents and members of the public that any events, gatherings, parties, receptions, or similar functions are not permitted to be held on TOWN-OWNED Property without prior approval from the Town Council.
Any individual, group, or organization wishing to use Town property for a private event must submit a request for consideration and obtain approval from the Town Council before the event is scheduled or conducted.
Unauthorized use of Town property for private events may result in the event being denied, terminated, or subject to other actions deemed appropriate by the Town Council.
This policy is intended to ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of Town facilities and properties for the benefit of all citizens.
