Congratulations to a future Osprey Village resident, Diana Weidle, for winning 1st place in the 50m breaststroke at the 2026 State Summer Games hosted by Special Olympics South Carolina. State Games are a multi-sport event held at Ft. Jackson in Columbia this weekend, featuring competition in Bocce (Under 21), Bowling (Over 21), Gymnastics, Swimming, Track & Field, Powerlifting, and Softball. Congrats to all the athletes, especially those from the Beaufort and Hilton Head Island area served by SOAR Special Recreation.

We love it when real estate broker, best-selling author and reality television personality Ryan Serhant says that Bluffton is the hottest up-and-coming town in real estate during an appearance on podcast. Osprey Village is in a prime location and very close to Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and Savannah. We especially loved hearing Ryan say more jobs will be created in Bluffton than in NYC in the next 5 years. This is music to our ears since we plan to provide residents with training and job coaching for meaningful employment opportunities.
