Here’s what you can expect tonight at Fairhill Road Park:

Get up close and explore a variety of municipal vehicles and equipment!

They’ll be here all evening serving up delicious treats during Touch-a-Truck and the movie! 🍨

Grab a candy box for just $2, with proceeds helping local schools purchase school supplies! 🎒📚

Some days remind us exactly what makes Hilltown Township such a special place to call home.

The 3rd Annual Travis Manion Foundation & Hilltown Township Public Works Day of Service was the most successful and well-attended event in its history—a powerful demonstration of community, service, and remembrance. This was the first year that the Parks and Rec Committee was able to take place and assist Public Works with this incredibly meaningful event.

This year held special meaning as we dedicated a memorial tree and plaque to Marine Lance Cpl. Robert T. Mininger, a Pennridge High School graduate and hometown hero who gave his life in service to our nation during Operation Iraqi Freedom on June 6, 2005—21 years to the day before this event. His legacy of selfless service will now live on at Fairhill Road Park for generations to come.

We were honored to welcome Bob's mother, Paula, who traveled from Georgia to join us for this meaningful dedication and many members of Bob's immediate family. Surrounded by family, friends, community leaders, and volunteers, we celebrated a life defined by courage, sacrifice, and service. Paula was presented with a citation from PA State Rep. Shelby Labs and a framed jersey from Bob's time on the Pennridge High School Football team to commemorate the occasion. As volunteers came together to improve our community, they also helped ensure that Bob's story is never forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended, and supported this incredible day. Your commitment to serving others is what makes Hilltown strong.

If you visit Fairhill Road Park, we encourage you to take a moment to stop by Bob's memorial tree and bench and reflect on the lasting impact of a true hometown hero.

to the 2025 Travis Manion Foundation Day of Service at Fairhill Park!

Hosted in partnership with the Travis Manion Foundation and Hilltown Township Public Works, community volunteers, Hilltown Township leadership, and Hilltown Township Volunteer Fire Company came together to plant trees at Fairhill Park, helping beautify the park while honoring the values of service and sacrifice.

Our 3rd annual Day of Service is only a few days away! Join us at Fairhill Park at 9AM on Saturday, June 6th for the perfect opportunity to enjoy our parks and give back to the community.
