College & Career Fair
Monday, October 5, 2026
6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Margot V. Biermann Athletic Center, Hillsdale College
91 E College Street, Hillsdale, MI 49242

This event is free and open to all high school students, transfer students, and parents, as well as anyone interested in exploring opportunities with local employers and colleges from across the tri-state area.

What to Expect:
~ Meet with representatives from colleges, trade schools, military branches, and local employers.
~ Make valuable connections for your future.
~ Learn about career and educational opportunities.
~ Pick up your copy of the 2027 Scholarship Book, available for the first time at the fair!

To maximize attendees time at the fair, we will be using StriveScan, a secure barcode system.
~ Before the event: Register for a barcode at www.StriveFair.com or directly at https://app.strivescan.com/registration.
~ At the event: Representatives will scan barcodes instead of collecting paper forms.
~ After the event: Attendees will receive a report with details about the institutions and employers they connected with.

There will be tailgate event Friday, September 18th before the homecoming game starting at 5:30 pm at the back of HHS until the game starts. This event is hosted by the board of education with hot dogs, chips and cookies!

Hillsdale Art Club Leaves Its Mark on the Community!
Congratulations to the Hillsdale Art Club on completing a beautiful new mural and leaving a lasting mark on the Hillsdale community! 2026 graduate Abigail Aumburgey has spent her summer following graduation sharing her artistic talents and helping bring this project to life. Along with members of the Hillsdale Art Club, Abigail worked together throughout the summer to create this colorful and meaningful mural. This project is a wonderful example of how art can bring people together and showcase creativity and talent within our schools and community. Great work to all of our talented students and community members who helped make this mural possible! We are proud of you! Thank you to Gelzers Hardware for donating the paint.
