Join us for Clean Sweep 2026, a FREE community event where you can safely dispose of unwanted items. With the yard waste site no longer available, this is a great opportunity to get rid of unwanted yard waste and other debris, so don’t miss out!

📍 Location: 1484 N High St (Shaffer Park parking lot)
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – until the dumpster is full

🗓️ Event Dates:
• Friday, May 29
• Saturday, July 18

Please be advised that the Hillsboro Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at 130 North High Street (City Hall) Hillsboro, Ohio. The purpose of this hearing is to hear public comment on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 2026-01) to allow an Airbnb in Residential A at parcel number 25-45-001-039.00. Written comments should be submitted to Planning Commission c/o Megan Blackburn, clerk at [email protected] or call 937-393-5219 ext. 1001. Comments should be prior to the public hearing. Highland County's America 250 Celebration

The Community Enhancement Committee will meet on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 at 4:30 pm in the conference room at the City Building, 130 N. High St., Hillsboro, Ohio. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss municipal trash collection.
