I've decided to sell the Opera House. I love the building but am looking to simplify things a bit. It's in great shape, takes very little maintenance and brings in over 40K a year in rents. I'd like to freshen up the exterior of the Opera House. As you can see, the painted sections are: the thin base that touches the sidewalk which is a browning color, the columns that are an off-white, the horizontal strips that run across the front of the shops, and the small diamond shaped corbels that are attached to those strips. (The teal colored corbels do no need to be included.)If anyone is capable of submitting a sample of a coordinated paint scheme for this I'd be very grateful! I a clueless as to how to do this. Tour of Homes event hosted by the Highland County Historical Society was a success! Approximately 200 people toured Bell's Opera House! Many community members were able to see this magnificent historic building for the first time! The Dickey Group was happy to be a part of this event!

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children and may be purchased at Janie’s Closet, Classic Real Estate, Warren Furniture and Highland House Museum (all located in Hillsboro).

Tickets will also be available at the Highland House Museum the day of the event from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
