HCV Residents & Businesses,

🚨Reminder: Non-emergency calls should go directly to dispatch, not city hall. City staff are not trained to take these reports.

For situations like mail theft, burglary, trespassing or any non-emergency incident requiring an officer, please contact dispatch so a police response can be routed correctly and handled as quickly as possible 👮🏽‍♂️👮🏽‍♀️🚓

City hall can assist with updates on reports already filed or general questions that are not related to an active emergency or police response.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep communication clear and services running effectively for everyone in the community 🙏🏼

HCVPD picked up this little guy roaming on Hill Country Lane. He was not wearing a collar and did not have a microchip. He appears to be potty-trained and very well-behaved, so we believe he may belong to someone or would make a great companion for anyone looking to take him in.

If you recognize him or are interested in giving him a home, please stop by City Hall at 116 Aspen Lane or call 210-494-3671.
