•Join us for a QPR class, hosted by High Plains Mental Health Center
•Tuesday October 6th. 9-11 a.m.
•Location: Telemed Room at Graham County Hospital

You don’t have to be a mental health professional to make a difference. Sometimes, simply knowing what to look for and having the confidence to start a conversation can be an important first step.

📣 It’s a busy day at the Health Department!

First up, we have our Wednesday Morning Class from 10:00–11:30 AM (possibly until 12:00 PM). 🩷

Following the class, we will have Commodity Distribution 12pm-2pm. If you are coming for commodities, please pay close attention to our signs and follow the designated traffic flow.

🚗 Important: You will not be able to enter the pickup area/parking lot until our class participants have safely exited. Please be patient as we work to keep everyone safe and traffic moving smoothly.
