Louis Latzer Memorial Public Library The classic facade of the Louis Latzer Memorial Public Library belies its spacious and open interior design.

Named for the founder of the Pet Milk Company, the library was built by his family and presented to the City of Highland in 1929.

The library will be closed Friday, June 19th for Juneteenth.

Teens and Adult Summer Reading Sign-ups will continue until the end of June.
