LATEX PAINT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, TO DISPOSE: Remove the lid add kitty litter, sawdust or waste paint hardener once it has dried to a solid you can set the can(s) out with the lids off with regular trash.

🚑 Welcome to the Fleet! 🚑

Highland Township elected officials joined the Fire Chief and Fire Department personnel to welcome the newest addition to the department's fleet, a brand-new ambulance.

This investment helps ensure our Fire Department staff have the equipment they need to continue providing exceptional emergency care and service to our community.

Please join us in welcoming this new ambulance and thanking the dedicated men and women who serve Highland Township every day. ❤️

Today, Highland Township staff joined forces with the Highland Township Fire Department, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office- Highland Substation, the Oakland County Emergency Management team, and the Water Resources Commission for an important emergency management training exercise.

Through realistic simulation scenarios, participants worked together to practice coordination, communication, and response strategies for potential emergencies. These exercises help ensure that our local agencies and partners are prepared to respond effectively and efficiently when our community needs them most.

The training highlighted the importance of collaboration among public safety, emergency management, municipal, and water resources professionals in protecting our community during a wide range of emergency situations.

Thank you to all the dedicated professionals who participated in today's exercise and for your continued commitment to keeping Highland Township safe, prepared, and resilient.

Come and enjoy tropical Hawaiian flavors, tropical music, bar by donation & a silent auction at the Highland Activity Center LUAU Fundraiser this Friday at 6pm.
All funds raised support the Highland Activity Centers programming for seniors not only in Highland but surrounding communities. Highland Activity Center is a free center with no membership fees!
Fundraisers like this one help keeps them going with out charging fees.
