🌿Thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s Learn&Create: Relax and Connect with Sound✨

Practitioner guided us through a discussion about the power of sound, followed by a grounding sound bath. Participants got comfortable with blankets and experienced the sound of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, along with the chirping of birds and bustling of trees in this hybrid indoor/outdoor event. Thank you to Sarah of SKY Sound Yoga and to for collaborating with us on this event.
