Tonights weather makes it a perfect night to run a fire drill in your home. Pick a spot where everyone should meet when they exit the home. Stress that once everyone is there, stay there!

Find out if your kids wake up to the smoke alarms going off. Sadly you will be disappointed for national studies show they do not.

Ask yourself ( is this family ready incase of a fire) below is a link to help you be prepared.

There are truly no words to express the profound sadness felt by the members of the High Bridge Fire Department on the passing of Lebanon Boro Fire Co. Past Chief Kevin Saharic.

Chief Saharic was a dear friend to many of us at the High Bridge Fire Department, and his presence and dedication to the fire service will be felt for generations to come at Lebanon Boro Fire Co. and throughout the fire service as a whole.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Saharic family, as well as our brothers and sisters of Lebanon Boro Fire Co., during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest easy, Chief. We’ll take it from here.

It is with profound grief that Michele Saharic and family announce the untimely passing of her beloved husband, Past Chief Kevin Saharic, details will follow, presently the funeral is under the direction of Scarponi Funeral Home, Lebanon Borough.
