As we continue celebrating Employee Appreciation Month, Higginsville Habilitation Center is proud to recognize team members whose dedication, compassion, and teamwork make a difference every day.

Please join us in congratulating Felecia Cartee, Senior Support Care Assistant, for being recognized as a Team Member of the Month.

Felecia was nominated for her reliability, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond for both the individuals served at HHC and her fellow team members. She works across multiple locations, assists with scheduling, passes medication, helps keep individuals safe and comfortable, and steps in wherever she is needed.

Her coworkers shared that Felecia often volunteers to stay over, come in on her days off, and help cover homes during staffing shortages. She is known for being kind, respectful, dependable, and supportive, helping create a positive environment for everyone around her.

During Employee Appreciation Month, we are especially grateful for team members like Felecia who show what dedication and compassionate care look like in action.

Thank you, Felecia, for all you do. HHC appreciates you!

A big thank you to all of the staff who helped make the day so special for the individuals we serve. Your time, care, creativity, and heart helped create an evening full of joy.
