- Visit City Hall to vote in person

Do you have the cutest, funniest, or most photogenic pup in town? Now’s your chance to show them off! In honor of Local Government Week the City of Higginsville is putting on a Dog Contest!

Contest Dates: May 4 – May 8
How to Enter:
• Submit a photo of your dog:
o Send it to our page
o Or drop it off at City Hall
• Deadline to enter: April 30 at 5:00 PM

Where You’ll See the Dogs:
• All submitted photos will be:
o Posted on our page
o Printed and displayed in the City Hall lobby for everyone to enjoy!

How to Vote:
• Voting starts May 4 at 8:00 AM
• Vote by:
o Reacting to your favorite pups on Facebook
o Voting in person at City Hall (ballot box available in the lobby)
• Voting ends May 8 at 3:00 PM

Bonus:
Snap your dog at a Higginsville landmark (parks, City Lake, Depot) for extra bragging rights!

Prizes:
1st Place - $75
2nd Place - $50
3rd Place - $25
Winners receive Chamber Gift Cards!
