Update (8/16): Due to continued work on the gym floors we’re having to cancel volleyball workouts this week as well. Try-outs will begin Aug 24 immediately following our school day and last until 5PM. Tryouts will continue through Wednesday. Cuts will be made after each session of tryouts. Girls wishing to tryout must have a current physical on file to tryout.

🏐 Volleyball season is getting closer, and we’re excited to get back in the gym!
Join us for HM Arndt Middle School Volleyball Summer Workouts this August. These sessions are a great opportunity for rising 7th and 8th graders to build skills, meet teammates, and prepare for the upcoming season.
📅 Dates: August 10, 11, 17, & 18
📍 Location: Arndt Middle School Gymnasium
⏰ Times:
• Rising 7th Graders: 5:00–6:15 PM
• Rising 8th Graders: 6:15–7:30 PM
Please wear tennis/volleyball shoes and bring knee pads if you have them.

📍 Drop-Off: Front entrance beginning at 10:45 AM
🚗 Pick-Up: Front entrance in a double car line beginning at 2:00 PM
