I would like to thank all my Pink Heals family and friends volunteers, as well as Santa Claus, who came out to help put our gifts together and deliver them to Hibriten Mountain Nursing and Rehab today. We had 84 residents that we delivered Christmas gifts to. We loved visiting with them and giving them a gift and some love; they were the sweetest folks and very thankful for our visit. One lady, who the nurse said very seldom talks, received a gift and a baby doll, and her face lit up with a big smile. She started talking to us and thanked us, which surprised the nurse. Sometimes, they just need new faces and a little bit of love. I would like to thank the Lord for giving us this wonderful day to celebrate His birthday and letting us give to others.
