Meet Meg❤️ Who has been a member of our ReStore Catawba Valley volunteer crew since February of this year.
Working in the warehouse to price and sort donated goods, Meg plays a vital role in helping to keep the sales floor wheels turning at our store.
Meg first was introduced to Habitat for Humanity by her employer in Charlotte, where she worked on a home build site. There, she learned multiple hands on construction skills, and also learned how Habitat plays a key role in providing affordable homeownership opportunities to hardworking people in the community.
She also personally aligns with the mission and believes that everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. She knows the power of homeownership, and that it is path to generational wealth building for families.
As a ReStore Catawba Valley volunteer, she feels a sense of purpose in the community and feels appreciated for her work. She has a ton of fun here and is truly a member of our family.
Thank you for continuing to volunteer with us, Meg!
