The Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to share an upcoming opportunity happening right here in Hibbing.

The Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs (MCLA) will be holding its Quarterly Meeting on:

Saturday, September 12, 2026
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Red Rock Hotel
1402 E. Howard Street, Hibbing, MN

This gathering will be an opportunity for dialogue, connection, and collaboration with members of Minnesota’s Latino community and leaders from across the state.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet MCLA’s new Director, Sonia Reyes, as well as members of the MCLA Executive Board representing communities and districts throughout Minnesota.

Refreshments and pastries will be available for meeting attendees.

A look back at some of the teams that joined us for the 2026 Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic!

We want to send a big thank you to all of the businesses and teams who came out to golf with us. Your participation helped make the day such a great event, and we truly appreciate the time you took to join us, have some fun, and support the Hibbing Area business community.

We weren’t able to capture a photo of every team that participated, but we are grateful for every single one of you who helped make the Golf Classic a success.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the 2026 Chamber Golf Classic! We had another fantastic event with 36 teams, wonderful weather, and plenty of fun and friendly competition.

We are incredibly grateful to all of the businesses, sponsors, donors, and participants who helped make the day possible. Your generosity and support of the Chamber and our local business community mean so much!

A special thank you to the businesses and organizations who donated raffle baskets — they were a huge hit! Our popular putting green game was also a favorite, adding even more fun to the day.

Thank you to all of our tee box hosts for creating fun games and activities for the golfers, and to our countless volunteers who gave their time and energy to help with setup, registration, games, prizes, and everything in between.

A very special shout-out to Jeff Provinzino from High on the Hog BBQ for generously volunteering his time and talents to grill lunch for everyone. We truly appreciate you helping keep our golfers well-fed and happy!

And, of course, a heartfelt thank you to Mesaba Country Club for hosting us and helping provide such a wonderful setting for the day. We truly appreciate your hospitality and support!

We are so thankful for everyone who played a part in making the 2026 Chamber Golf Classic another memorable event. We couldn’t do it without all of you!

Congratulations to the Hibbing Farmers Market on being selected as the Northeast Regional Spotlight Market for Minnesota during National Farmers' Market Week!

This recognition from the Minnesota Farmers' Market Association, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Minnesota Grown, Minnesota Farmers Union, and the Land Stewardship Project, celebrates the incredible impact our local market has on supporting area farmers, strengthening community connections, and providing access to fresh, locally grown products.
