We are officially heading into WEEK 2, and if Week 1 taught us anything, it’s that this community knows how to SHOW UP for our kids!
Boxes were filled. Donations came in. Districts battled for the top spots. And thousands of meals are already being provided because businesses, schools, nonprofits, churches, healthcare organizations, local government, skilled trades, and community members decided to come together for one mission:
FIGHTING CHILDHOOD HUNGER IN CITRUS COUNTY.
But don’t get too comfortable with that leaderboard.
There is still plenty of time for a comeback.
1 food item = 1 meal point
$1 donated = 2 meal points
So rally your employees. Challenge your customers. Share your collection box. Call out another competitor. Fill those boxes and KEEP THE POINTS COMING!
