Monday's pickup will be moved to Tuesday, Tuesday's pickup to Wednesday, Wednesday's pickup to Thursday, Thursday's pickup to Friday, Friday's pickup to Saturday.

We want to recognize your hard work and dedication that helps keep our community safe and strong.

DeSoto County Courts, Offices, Animal Shelter & Agri-Ed Center will be closed today in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Also a reminder that the Board of Supervisors Board Meeting is rescheduled to tomorrow, Sept. 8th.

Garbage and Recycling Services will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week.

Emergency Services will NOT be impacted.

10:25pm: All I-55 NB lanes at the rest area are still closed.

TRAFFIC ALERT 9/6 5:26pm: The right lane of I-55 northbound near the northbound rest area is closed until further notice.

Please slow down and use caution in the area.
