Today is National Trails Day. Many members of the friends group hiked the park trails this morning. Hannah and Maddie, interpretive rangers at Long Hunter, guided a hike this morning on the Deer Trail and Amy, a member of FLHSP, took a photo with them. Enjoy the park trails and assist with litter pickup if you see any on the trail.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for last night's cookout - we had an amazing time and loved soaking up the fresh air on a crisp evening. The perfect weather made for a fantastic outdoor gathering around the fire. Five campers stayed overnight and we enjoyed a beautiful morning by the lake, complete with pancakes.
