Stone Ridge Residences The preferred choice for safe, affordable housing in Herkimer. At the present time we serve 52 families under Section 8 Housing.

The Herkimer Housing Authority was established in 1951 to offer safe, decent, affordable housing to low-income families, disabled individuals, and senior citizens in the Village of Herkimer. In addition, we have 3 apartment complexes, Midtown Apartments, Eastern Gardens and Creekside Courts. We house 175 families in these 3 apartment complexes.
