Originally launched in 2025, the program has now expanded through additional support from the Henrico Economic Development Authority and Community Development Block Grant funding.

Through SCALE UP Henrico, eligible Henrico-based businesses can access:
• 0% interest loans from $10,000–$75,000
• No-cost coaching and technical assistance
• Resources to help strengthen operations, create jobs, and support long-term business growth
