CleanSpark was honored to sponsor yesterday’s Memorial Day ceremony in City of Washington, GA, a community rich with American history.

We had the privilege of spending time with event organizers and respected local leaders, including Congressman Rick Allen, Washington Mayor Bruce Bailey, and former Mayor Bill DeGolian. One of the highlights of the day was meeting 101-year-old WWII veteran Alan Kinder, whose spirit was truly inspiring. Supporting veterans is something we care deeply about at CleanSpark, and we’re proud to have many veterans as part of our team.

The setting made the event even more special. Washington holds a unique place in American history as the site where the Confederate government officially dissolved, helping mark the end of the Civil War. It was a powerful backdrop for a day dedicated to remembrance and service!

Last week, our team had the privilege of spending time at Blue Ridge Elementary School in Dalton, Georgia, to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week. We were honored to provide lunch for 100 incredible teachers who go above and beyond for their students every day.

Blue Ridge is part of Dalton Public Schools GA, an important partner of ours within the district, including our collaboration on the "Dalton Reads! Mobile Library." The program provides free books to students at community events such as sporting events and parks, helping them build their own home libraries and encouraging a lifelong love of reading. 📚

Some of our team members recently joined The Jackson Old Hickory Lions Club for a luncheon, where they were invited to speak about CleanSpark’s work in the community.

During the event, they shared insights into operations at our site in Jackson, Tennessee, and connected with attendees in a thoughtful Q&A.

The luncheon brought together a dynamic mix of local business leaders, educators, and elected officials. It was a terrific opportunity to exchange ideas and continue building strong relationships within the Jackson community. We appreciate the invitation and the opportunity for open conversation!

April was a busy and meaningful month for us in Georgia!

Through our sponsorship of the Washington Lost Gold 5K, we supported Friends of the Square, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing more events to the historic downtown, helping boost community engagement and support local businesses.

In celebration of Georgia Cities Week, we attended the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Sandersville Georgia’s Business After Hours, where we connected with local leaders, including the mayor, city manager, and public safety teams.

We also partnered with Spectrum Autism Support Group and the City of Norcross for the annual “Eggs-Tra Special Needs Egg Hunt,” welcoming more than 450 children and families for a fun, inclusive, sensory-friendly event.

Additionally, we hosted two site tours, one with Rainbow Village, which supports families transitioning out of homelessness, and another with the Georgia Youth Science & Technology Centers, expanding STEM access for K–8 students across the state.

CleanSpark truly enjoys contributing to the communities where we operate and value every opportunity to stay engaged and make a positive impact.

Introducing CleanSpark’s February 2026 operational update:

“In February, we meaningfully expanded our hyperscale-ready infrastructure platform with the closing of our second Texas campus, adding 300 megawatts of ERCOT-approved capacity to our contracted portfolio,” said Matt Schultz, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of CleanSpark. “This transaction strengthens our position as a scaled owner-operator of power-dense digital infrastructure in one of the most attractive power markets in North America. We are advancing our AI and high-performance compute initiatives while maintaining our focus on world-class operational excellence in bitcoin mining.”

“We run our balance sheet the same way we run our operations: with conviction. Over the past 18 months, we have repurchased 20% of our own shares because we believe in what we are building,” Schultz continued. “We have a flexible treasury strategy, optimized by DAM, generating real cash flow. We allocate deliberately, growing the portfolio and evolving our offering simultaneously, not sequentially.”

Schultz concluded, “Our strategy remains consistent: generate predictable cash flow from disciplined mining operations today, monetize hyperscale-ready power and compute infrastructure through tenant-driven growth, and actively manage the balance sheet to preserve flexibility and amplify returns across cycles.”

February 2026 bitcoin mining highlights:
*Bitcoin produced: 568
*Total bitcoin holdings as of February 28: 13,363
*Power under contract: 1.8 GW
*Operational hashrate: 50.0 EH/s
*Peak efficiency of deployed fleet: 16.07 J/Th
