A permanent labor certification issued by the Department of Labor (DOL) allows an employer to hire a foreign worker to work permanently in the United States. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the employer must obtain a certified labor certification application from the DOL's Employment and Training Administration (ETA). The DOL must certify to the USCIS that there are not sufficient U.

S. workers able, willing, qualified and available to accept the job opportunity in the area of intended employment and that employment of the foreign worker will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similarly employed U.S.

I am an American First, Latino by roots, Voting Trump.. Increase the EB-3 Visa count from 10,000 to 5 Million, we will register all undocumented people in 4 years. This without removing them and deporting them. Many have been in The USA 10 plus years with homes, kids, and more.. Money that would have been spent deporting them can go to aid Veterans, and also fix our decaying country, There would be a 1,000 fine to each employer per employee, then make that tax deductible to the business and Undocumented employee a 1000 dollar fine also. Figure that out at 20 Million that's allot of help to Veterans, and getting our bridges and roads repaired not to mention unemployment would decrease, the trickle off those jobs help the economy as it flows thru. The work force would explode for unemployed Americans.. Use your head not your hate.. Proud Republican American/Latino here. Las Vegas Baby!!

With the Presidential election being what it is, Immigration is bouncing all over the room. I do believe that if the EB-3 Visas,.. unskilled workers of the ETA 9089, would be increased from 10,000 per year up to several million, we would get all Undocumented workers in America registered and onward to processing them. Fine them 1000.00 Dollars, and fine the employer 1000.00, Let's start with removing the Grandfather clause on E verify and we can get this all behind us, Yes we need the wall also...That is the only way to insure we won't be visiting this situation again in the future..
