POTENTIAL SEVERE WEATHER FOR LATE AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING!
Weather Update from the Henderson County Emergency Operations Center:
The Henderson County Emergency Operations Center is activated at Level 4 for Severe Weather.
The Salvation Army is open for severe weather sheltering until severe threats have passed
• See attached from NWS Paducah
• Numerous tornadic warned storms south of St. Louis heading our way, timing is same as a couple hours ago, intensity confidence is high, all storm modes are possible.
• Henderson County Schools have already cancelled afternoon and evening events.
• All outdoor events in Henderson late this afternoon or evening should be evaluated for rescheduling or cancellation
• There is a crisis track event started for recording damages from the public.
