Join Come to the Table on September 23 from 12:00โ€“1:15 p.m. for โ€œSNAP Out of It, NC,โ€ a panel conversation exploring the far-reaching effects of recent changes and cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Panelists will provide an overview of when and how these changes will affect counties across North Carolina, along with ways community members can engage with leaders at the county, state, and federal levels to advocate for SNAP.

Featured panelists include Ashley Fredde of NC Health News, Andrew Blackburn of the NC Association of County Commissioners, Leslie Loyd of A Simple Gesture, and Twanda Sumlar of Granville County Social Services.

๐Ÿ’Š Need help accessing your prescription medications?

The NC MedAssist Free Pharmacy Program provides free prescription medications to eligible North Carolina residents who are uninsured and meet the program's household income guidelines.

This statewide program helps people with limited income access life-saving medications for chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, and more.

You may qualify if you:

๐Ÿ  Live in North Carolina
๐Ÿฉบ Do not have health insurance
๐Ÿ’ต Have a total household income before taxes at or below the program's income limits

๐Ÿ“Š Not sure if you may qualify? Visit the NC MedAssist website to view the income eligibility chart based on your household size and monthly or annual income. Current income limits represent 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.

โœ… There is no fee to apply.
๐Ÿ“… Eligible patients can be enrolled for up to one year.
๐Ÿ“ฆ Medications available through the program are mailed directly to eligible patients at no cost.

๐Ÿ’Š Looking for a specific medication? You can also use the โ€œView a List of Our Medicationsโ€ button on the webpage to see which medications are available through the program.

๐Ÿ”— Check the income guidelines, view available medications, and apply through the NC MedAssist Free Pharmacy Program.

The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is available to any for-profit business in Franklin, Granville, Person, Vance and Warren counties who has been turned down by a bank/lender for the full or partial amount requested.

The purpose of the loan program is to create or retain jobs in the region and help you succeed.
