What an incredible day of connection! We are still feeling the energy from our Community Action Month celebration. Thank you to everyone who showed up for one another and helped us honor our shared Community Legacy.

When we work together, we create a path toward growth and self-sufficiency for every family in Nassau County. From the children in our Head Start program to our seniors and every neighbor in between, your presence makes this work truly meaningful.
