The New York State Commissioner of Education will rule soon on the appeal as it relates to the recent Hempstead UFSD and its Board of Education and its recent 2026 Annual Trustee Election Result. Will she rule in favor of the Board of Education? Will she seat Victor Pratt to another Term?? Will she remove the District Clerk??? Those are the questions. This is troubling and may be confusing to most. I just might discuss these issues live before the next Hempstead UFSD BOE Meeting.

Today the Hempstead UFSD Board of Education, during an Emergency Meeting voted 3-1 to place the District Clerk & Confidential Secretary (April Keys) and another school district official on Administrative Leave with Pay pending an investigation. The BOE is investigating alleged voter fraud in the recent School Board Election as it relates to Absentee & Early Voting Ballots.

Supposedly/Allegedly 》》》 there is video footage of school officials leaving the building with Ballots 🗳 and discarding them.

Trustees Jeffrey Spencer, Lamont Johnson & Joylette Williams voted in favor of placing the School officials on leave with pay pending the outcome of an investigation. Trustee Elise Nicholson-Dukes voted against the resolution. Trustee Pratt decided not to attend tonight's meeting but gave a comment to News 12 Long Island. Last Tuesday the BOE voted unanimously to appeal the election results to the NYSED Commissioner.

These Absentee Ballots and the Stealing of Elections have got to stop. People will do almost anything to stay in power 🤦‍♂️😤

The HUFSD Board of Education will be meeting tonight. T community should come out and see what they are going to do regarding last Tuesday election results.

Thank you Hempstead School District Community for exercising your right to vote, and thank you for passing the 2026/2027 Academic School Year Operating Budget with a 0% Tax Increase 👏.

The Board of Education did not certify the election results. Instead, they passed a resolution to have their General Counsel immediately file an appeal of the election results to the NYSED Commissioner. Please see links below and be on the lookout for a determination from the Commissioner.

***Please pay attention to Absentee Ballots as they are a way to commit mass voter fraud, especially as it relates to the Hempstead School Board Elections.***
