Happy Homecoming Hemphill!

The Hemphill Homecoming Parade was a hit! Hemphill High School really put on a great show, and the floats were absolutely amazing.
It was wonderful to see so many students, families, businesses, and community members come together to celebrate and show their Hornet pride.
Thank you to everyone who worked hard behind the scenes, participated in the parade, and came out to cheer them on. Events like this are a great reminder of what makes our community so special.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR SABINE COUNTY

Today marks a new chapter in leadership for Sabine County as two new county officials were sworn into office.
Richard A. Barnett officially takes the helm as Sabine County Judge, while Robert G. Neal III assumes his new role as Sabine County Attorney.
We congratulate Judge Barnett and County Attorney Neal as they begin their service to the citizens of Sabine County. Public service carries great responsibility, and we wish them both wisdom, success, and strength as they work on behalf of our county.
Thank you to our outgoing County Judge, Daryl Melton for his many years of service. Please join us in congratulating them and wishing them the very best as they begin this new chapter of service to Sabine County!
