Permitting System Update | Planned Downtime
 
The City of Hemet is preparing for the next phase of its transition from TrakiT to the new Tyler Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EPL) system.
 
To complete the final system conversion, online permitting services will be temporarily unavailable beginning Monday, October 12 through Monday, October 19. During this time, TrakiT and Tyler EPL will be unavailable for permit access and processing.
 
📅 Monday, October 12: Systems go offline
💻 Tuesday, October 20: Tyler EPL goes live
 
Beginning October 20, customers will once again be able to access and process permits through the Tyler EPL system.
 
We appreciate your patience as we complete this important transition and work toward a more modern and efficient permitting experience for our community.

The Planning Commission is an advisory board that plays an integral role in guiding land use, zoning, and development decisions that transform our community.
