Youth Sports Conditioning helps kids build strength, coordination, confidence, and athletic skills through movement, games, and fun challenges.

Led by Kathleen, Certified Personal Trainer, whose calm, encouraging coaching style helps kids build confidence while having fun, this class provides a supportive environment where kids can stay active, build healthy habits, and develop a strong foundation for sports and everyday life.
