Rekieta Electrical will be conducting work inside all the apartments.

Our oldest Units; M1-M30 & T103-T132 are the 60 units they need back into.

They will do those sometime SOON …..

Your unit needs be clean, tidy and ready when electrician is servicing your unit:
Installing GFCI plugs 🔌
As a tenant, your responsibilities are;

ALLOW their staff prompt access so they can complete their job quickly.

Kitchen – clean, tidy and items removed from counter so they can work.

Bedrooms – remove items on floors. Will be working on bedroom walls that need plugs. They can’t work if items are not moved from the walls and they won’t work in your unit if poor housekeeping.

If a contractor (or our maintenance) refuses to work in your unit because of poor housekeeping - your lease could be terminated.

Inspection Findings - Our Grade of 83

We appreciate everyone preparing for the HUD inspection done on April 7, 2026.

To those who report maintenance issues timely and have good housekeeping, we thank you!! Let’s inspire to improve our score, you can help…..issues that were found and we need your continued help with is:

Reporting faucets dripping and any water leaks.

Properly venting & cleaning bathrooms after steamy bathing to eliminate mildew.

Extensive cockroach infestation is now a priority for us, mandated by these HUD findings - Dirty dishes and dirty clothes are a haven for roaches. Any live, dead or evidence of roaches MUST be removed & cleaned up.

We will be strict about evidence of roaches, continued issues will be result in your eviction.

If you illegally dumped this furniture at our office dumpster, you have until early tomorrow morning TO REMOVE for charges not to be pressed against you. Remember, there is 24 hour surveillance cameras monitoring this dumpster.  Frontier Waste did not and will not dump the dumpster with furniture inside.

The keyless locks are great in theory, BUT for some disabled & elderly it might delay emergency access to assist them with medical help. Consider this when using that lock. Some might consider the lock on your door k**b sufficient. Discuss this concern with your loved ones who reside in the apartments. 🤔 🚨 🆘

Eligibility for the amount of bedrooms is based on the people on the lease. Public housing in Texas generally follows the "two-per-bedroom" rule, as outlined in HUD's Occupancy Guidebook, often allowing up to three adults per bedroom or two persons per room, plus one, according to Fair Housing guidelines.
