Ariel Kelley is passionate about delivering solutions to our community’s most complex challenges. She is working to improve Healdsburg while protecting what makes it such a great place to live and raise a family. t-rate housing, led wildfire recovery efforts, and implemented Healdsburg’s first ever Climate Mobilization Strategy. Prior to Pillar, Ariel was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corazón, a nonprofit providing family resources and investing in cradle-to-career education programs and services. Under her leadership, Corazón was awarded non-profit of the year in the California State Assembly. She lives in Healdsburg with her husband, Tim, her kids, Mackenzie and Jake, dog Cooper and four chickens.

Announced today: New HOV hours will take effect in late February (weather permitting) and operate between 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the mornings and 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the
evenings, Monday through Friday.

Grateful to Caltrans and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for moving swiftly to rectify the increased congestion created by both the changes of timeframe implemented in September, plus the compounding factor of clean-air vehicles no longer having access to the carpool lanes.

Changes will be for the entire length of the HOV lanes, stretching from the Richardson Bay Bridge in Marin County to Windsor in Sonoma County.
