We were proud to present scholarship funding in support of the HOPE Team and students pursuing futures in healthcare and STEAM education!

These scholarships help expand access to education and opportunity for students working toward careers that strengthen the future of community health and wellbeing 🌟

We’re so proud to continue to support these amazing people doing this amazing work!

💬 talk to someone 💬

It doesn’t have to be big or deep.

Saying how you feel out loud, even briefly, can help take some of the weight off and make things feel more manageable. I’ve found it’s better not to keep everything bottled up.

Everyone deserves a moment of self care during the day. This is your reminder.

Consider this your official nudge to reach out, share a little, and not carry it all alone.

On this edition of Amy Walks, Amy Ramirez is joined by Friend of the Foundation Angie Dillon-Shore, Executive Director of First 5 Sonoma County , for a breakfast full of gratitude and shared purpose.

We’re so grateful for First 5’s support through Measure I funding for the Mental Health Talent Pipeline, including our newest initiative: research to help determine our next Talent Pipeline, with a focus on children and perinatal mental health.

Angie also shared how the Healthcare Foundation’s work creates a ready-made path to expand access to care for families and young children.

We love a strong community partnership! 💜

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, here is this week's tip:

😴 rest when you need it 😴

Naps are good. Especially naps with a buddy.

Rest is part of taking care of yourself, not something you have to earn. Slowing down, even for a little while, can help your mind and body reset. I take that responsibility very seriously.

Consider this your official nudge to not feel guilty about it. Bonus points if you can curl up next to someone you love.

Tómate esto como tu empujoncito oficial para descansar sin culpa. Puntos extra si puedes acurrucarte con alguien que quieras.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re proud to share this beautiful video of seniors showing what community care really looks like: connection, belonging, laughter, advocacy, and showing up for one another 🤝

Together, they’re finding their voices and building a stronger, more connected community.
