"shows wild strawberry and cranberry notes bu, once the wine opens up properly, a gorgeous black currant and black cherry comes through on the finish. The rich tannic structure is appreciated against Pinot Noir’s natural acidity. The tightness of the wine and need for aeration, along with the wine’s elegance and structure, suggests this vintage is ideal for cellar aging."
